This comprehensive program is designed to provide a supportive and challenging environment for new nurses to develop their skills and confidence in providing high-quality patient care.Program OverviewOur Nurse Residency Program is a 12-month program that includes a structured curriculum of progressive skill development and patient care assignments. You will be paired with a preceptor who will guide you through the program and provide support and feedback throughout your journey.Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Current Louisiana RN license
• CPR certified through the American Heart Association
• Demonstrate interest in professional growth and development
