• Must be able to work in the Shreveport, LA area.
• Must have a valid, clear and active Louisiana Pharmacist license
• Must have a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
• 2+ years of Pharmacist experience in a clinical/inpatient setting
• Background and Drug Screening
