Job Description:

Job Description: Active Nursing License, ACLS, and BLS are required. RNs with Med-Surg experience are needed for a Trauma/Ortho/Med-Surg unit with 36 beds and a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.Key Responsibilities:

Perform wound care, IV insertions, and Foley catheter insertions.
Manage patient care, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the team to provide high-quality patient care.Shift Information: Day shifts involve 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 3 LPNs, 3 PCTs, and 1 secretary. Night shifts involve 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 3 LPNs, and 3 PCTs. Weekend shifts occur every other weekend, and on-call shifts are assigned when census is low.Unit Requirements:
- Wear ceil blue scrubs, no sweatshirts, and no crocs.
- Floating areas include 6A, 3A, 3South, and 4South.
- Refer to facility policies and procedures for EMR and unit guidelines.
