As a Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will provide nursing care
to patients in their homes, following physician orders and agency
policies.
--- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
--- Develop and implement patient care plans
--- Ensure patients meet home health eligibility guidelines
--- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Requirements:
--- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
--- Current CPR certification
--- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to
reliable transportation
